Introduction to 3D printing - Wanaka Workshop

If you are new to 3D Printing & want to know more about how to get into 3D Printing , this course is perfect for you. This class will teach you the following:

How 3D printers work
How to 3D print with free Open Source software.
How to design 3D models with free software
How to download 3D files from the Internet and print them.
6-8 hours
Cost: $80

You will need to bring an up to date laptop or desktop computer.

There are endless things that you can make with a 3D printer including doorholds, hooks, toys, cases, Go Pro Holders, vacuum pieces, toys, luggage labels...the list goes on and on!

All plastic we print with is PLA a Bio-Plastic derived from plant material.

This course will be held on 4th August at the Hawea Flat Hall.

If you are new to 3D Printing & want to know more about how to get into 3D Printing , this course is perfect for you. This class will teach you the following:

How 3D printers work
How to 3D print with free Open Source software.
How to design 3D models with free software
How to download 3D files from the Internet and print them.
6-8 hours

There are endless things that you can make with a 3D printer including doorholds, hooks, toys, cases, Go Pro Holders, vacuum pieces, toys, luggage labels...the list goes on and on!

All plastic we print with is PLA a Bio-Plastic derived from plant material.

This course will be held on 4th August at the Hawea Flat Hall.
